Our junk removal pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our trailer, plus any required surcharges for stairs, difficult access, or dense materials.

Trailer size: 7×14 tandem-axle. Disposal fees are included in these prices. Exact pricing is confirmed after we review your photos and access details.
Surcharges (When Needed)
- Stairs surcharge: +$50 when items must be carried up or down stairs.
- Access difficulty: $25 (mild), $40 (moderate), $60 (extreme) depending on distance, terrain, and tight paths.
- Dense material surcharge: +$150 per ¼ load for tile, plaster, shingles, dirt, brick, or similar heavy items.
- Time overage: +$35 per additional 30 minutes if the job exceeds the quoted time.
These surcharges help us protect our crew and stay compliant with DSWA weight-based disposal rules. We will always explain any surcharges before work begins.

Junk Removal FAQ
Do you clean out attics or basements?
No. For safety and compliance, we do not enter attics or basements. We specialize in garages, sheds, and storage units only.
What items can’t you take?
We cannot remove hazardous waste, fuels, oils, paints, solvents, biohazards, mold contamination, asbestos, or DSWA/DNREC-prohibited items.
What happens to my items after you take them?
Once items are loaded onto our trailer, full ownership transfers to Ocean Point Services LLC and items cannot be retrieved. We may donate, recycle, or dispose of items according to DSWA and Delaware regulations.
Do I need to move everything to the driveway?
No, but we do need clear, safe paths to the items. Please identify what is going and what is staying, and move fragile items out of the way.
