How Our Quote Process Works

1. You send details: Text photos and your address, or fill out the form below.
2. We review: We look at access, safety, and whether it fits our non-structural, non-hazard rules.
3. We follow up: We reply by text or phone with a quote range and next steps.
4. Handyman jobs: A $250 deposit is paid by secure Stripe link to confirm your appointment.
5. Junk removal: Most jobs are paid at completion, using the same secure payment link.

We perform non-structural, non-permit handyman work only, and we do not enter attics or basements or handle hazardous materials. See our Policies page for full details.

Agreements

I have reviewed the Policies page and understand that OPS provides non-structural, non-permit handyman services only, does not enter attics or basements, does not remove hazardous materials, and that for junk removal, ownership transfers to OPS once items are loaded.

I understand that OPS may take before-and-after photos of the work area for documentation and marketing, without faces or clearly identifying personal items, as described on the Policies page.
