Ocean Point Services LLC is a family-owned, insured handyman and junk removal company based in Ocean View, Delaware. We serve Coastal Sussex County with non-structural repairs, junk removal, and home safety upgrades for older adults.
Our Family Story
OPS was created to bring reliable, safety-first help to local homeowners, seniors, and seasonal residents who are tired of unanswered calls, no-shows, and unclear pricing.
As a family, we understand what it feels like to worry about aging parents, tight timelines between renters, and home projects that never quite get done. We built this business to be the kind of service we would trust in our own home: respectful, clear, and dependable.
How Our Team Works
Owner – Scheduling, Pricing & Communication
The owner manages all quoting, communication, scheduling, and policies. You will usually talk to the owner when you text photos, request a quote, or have questions about what is possible within Delaware’s handyman rules.
Their role is to keep things organized and clear: making sure your project is accurately described, properly priced, and safely scheduled. They also maintain our website, Google Business Profile, Facebook page, and written procedures.
Field Operations – On-Site Labor & Walkthroughs
Our on-site lead focuses on the work itself: meeting you at the property, doing pre- and post-job walkthroughs, and making sure the work matches the scope we agreed to.
The physical lifting, loading, and maneuvering is handled by our primary laborer (our adult son) within strict safety limits. We use a two-person model for heavy or bulky items, stairs, and tight spaces.
We follow physical limitations and safety rules that protect our crew and your property. This is why we do not perform attic or basement work, structural projects, or hazardous material removal.
